/ Overview

This course is designed specifically for senior leaders who need to make strategic decisions about AI without necessarily being technical experts themselves.

Over four weeks, participants develop a clear understanding of the AI landscape in education, learn to evaluate AI tools and vendors critically, and build a practical implementation roadmap for their school or trust.

The course covers governance and policy, staff CPD planning, procurement, risk management, communication with parents and governors, and measuring impact. Each week includes a live seminar, a case study analysis, and peer coaching.

Participants finish the course with a draft AI strategy document tailored to their own context, reviewed by facilitators and peers.
