/ Overview

This intensive full-day workshop is designed for school leadership teams (ideally two or three leaders attending together) who want to build a whole-school approach to AI.

The day covers four pillars: vision and values, staff confidence and capability, systems and governance, and community engagement. For each pillar, participants work through diagnostic activities, hear from schools that have made progress, and develop action plans.

A key focus is on culture rather than technology. The workshop addresses common blockers including staff anxiety, inconsistent practice, parental concerns, and the gap between policy and reality.

Each leadership team leaves with a 90-day action plan, a staff survey template, and access to a follow-up coaching call four weeks after the event.
